Check-In Time

Check-in time is between 3-7 p.m. Please notify us if arriving outside of this timeframe, so arrangements can be made.

Arrival Time

Please include your time of arrival as close as possible. If arriving before check-in time, please estimate the time you would like to drop off luggage. If you will be arriving after 7PM, please call us for additional directions.

Parking

Guest Parking is in the public parking garage located next door to the Inn. The current fee is $24 for 24 hours (subject to change) and is paid directly to the garage. Loading and unloading of luggage is difficult in front of the Inn. There is an elevator in the parking garage and the exit is less than 200ft from our door. The garage does not offer in/out privileges. It is more economical to leave your car parked for the duration of your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Weekends or reservations containing a weekend stay (Friday and/or Saturday) and New Years Eve require a 10 day notice prior to scheduled check-in date in the event of cancellation or change. Weekday reservations (Sunday through Thursday) require a 72 hours notice prior to scheduled check-in date in the event of cancellation or change. Otherwise, the guest will be responsible for a cancellation charge equaling 50% of the entire booking with a minimum of 1 night’s stay.

Once you pass your cancellation date, there are no refunds or credits for early departure.

Guest Information

Due to the historic nature of the Inn we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.  If making a reservation online please indicate, in the notes, the age of any children that will be guests with us.

Please include your cell phone number. This is helpful should there be an emergency during your stay or if we need to contact you while you are traveling to the Inn.

Allergies

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please advise us in your notes, in order for us to provide alternative options during your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot offer alternatives for “preferences.” Please limit these notes to restrictions and allergies only.
